Do you want offering envelopes?

As a courtesy to members who like to use offering envelopes, HCC provides the envelopes at the information desk in the church lobby. There is no cost for the envelopes.

Please note the following in making use of the offering envelopes:

- Envelopes are pre-numbered. When you take a box, please fill out the information card and drop it in the offering plate or return it to the church office before using your envelopes. 

- When your box runs out, please take a new box and fill out the card again. You do not get envelopes with the same number on them after the old box is finished. 

- If you are donating cash, please write your first and last names on the envelope each time you use them. Since our congregation is large, we have several duplicate names and we make every effort to keep our records accurate. By writing your first and last name on the envelope, you help us make sure that we have the right donor record. 

- If you donate by check, there is no need to write your name on the envelope, as we use the check information to load your donation records.
