Worship…the celebration of God and how we declare His worth. It doesn't just happen! We come with expectation, seeking the Lord (Jer. 29:13); we come with personal preparation, giving the Lord the glory due His Name (Ps. 29:2); we come with participation, involved with songs of praise, prayer, confession and instruction from the Word of God (Mt. 18:20); and we come with anticipation, that we respond in spirit and truth…to KNOW, GROW and SERVE (Jn.4: 23-24).

What a joy that our God has given us gifts and talents to use and share with the body of Christ, in our adoration, praise, rejoicing and contemplative surrender to Him.

Currently there are 5 corporate worship services at HCC (embracing 3 musical styles), utilizing those who are gifted in voice and musical instruments (Ps. 33: 1-3). Those blessed with a more technical aptitude can serve in the ever-growing Production and Media Ministry. Other musical opportunities include Kids’ Choirs, music for Men’s and Women’s Ministries, Local and Global Outreach, and special events throughout the year.

You are invited to become a vital part of the team called the Worship Ministry, whether in highly visible roles or essential service “behind-the-scenes”, for “It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” (Col. 3: 24).
