What: KID Singers are kids in 2nd to 5th grade who like to sing and move. KID Singers are vital to our belief that kids make great worshippers! They will assist with leading worship on Sunday mornings in THE GRID at all three hours and at other special events like VBS, Summer Camp, etc. Kids can join at anytime throughout the year. Every rehearsal is filled with fun, laughs, and a focus on an aspect of worship and devotions. KID Singers will be expected to attend rehearsals and one hour of THE GRID each week. They should arrive early (at least 20 minutes before the start of service, ready to go with lots of energy and wearing their Kid Singers T-shirt.
When: Rehearsals are every Thursday night from 6:30-7:30. The first 45-50 minutes is spent focusing on the movements and the music for the monthly virtue song and any other songs for the upcoming Sunday morning. The last 10-15 minutes will be spent reviewing the monthly Biblical virtue and Bible verse, praying together and celebrating life events.
Where: THE GRID. Water and snacks will be served every week. Kids can be picked up at 7:30 sharp.
Cost: $10 annual registration fee to cover T-shirt, Worship CDs/DVDs and snacks.
