Kelly Norville

Kelly joined the HCC staff December of 2007. Born and raised in Virginia, Kelly moved to Ohio in 1999 and came to HCC through the Awana program. Kelly has a background in horticulture and floral design and oversees the learning environments in the early childhood ministry. Kelly also oversees the special needs ministry at HCC called the Buddy Connection and is a 4-H advisor for a special needs equestrian club in Hudson. She is excited to see children come to HCC and see God's Love in action. Kelly has been married to Mike for 15 years and they have two children, Holly and Nick.





Karen Bindus
Early Childhood Ministry

Karen was led to HCC several years ago through the Moms Together Women’s Ministry program. After attending these programs and seeing how inviting the church was, her family was certain they wanted to be more involved. Karen has a background in banking, medical transcription, and as a preschool teacher. Having worked at a preschool she knew that her heart would lead her to Children’s Ministry. She feels her biggest blessing is to work in Early Childhood where she has the opportunity show preschoolers that God loves them through a curriculum that teaches our children that Jesus truly wants to be their friend! Karen has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 16 years. They reside in Stow with their four children, Kayla, Zach, Jacob, and Eric.





Meg Schofield
Weekday Ministries

Meg grew up in Hudson and has been involved at HCC for 11 years. She is married to Tim, has 2 children, and they reside in Stow. Meg graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from John Carroll University in 2003. Meg plans and oversees the children's programs that occur during Fitness for Women, Thursday morning Bible study, and Mom's Together events. She has a passion for young children to have fun at church and to learn that God loves them.

Susan Winnett
Elementary Ministry

Susan has been on the Children’s Ministry staff at HCC for 2 years. She currently oversees the Elementary Small Group format, coordinating curriculum and small group leaders for children in THE GRID, Grades 2-5. She believes that God does not always call the equipped but equips the called. She has a Business degree, but considers it a privilege that God has called her to partner with parents in ministering to children. Susan and Jeff have been married for 18 years and have three children, Caroline, Josh and Jordan.

Michelle Gregory
Elementary Ministry

Michelle has been on staff at HCC for just over a year now. A California native, Michelle and her family moved to Hudson in 2005 and immediately felt drawn to HCC. With an extensive professional theater and dance background, Michelle currently oversees the elementary Large Group format, with dramatic presentations of Bible stories, worship, movement and media. She is passionate about making sure kids connect to the living word in a way that is culturally relevant and exciting. Michelle has been married to her husband, Ron, for almost 20 years and they have four children ranging in ages from pre-K to High School.

Molly Lauck
Kindergarten/1st grade Coordinator

Molly came to Northeast Ohio in 2002 to attend Kent State University where she majored in Early-Childhood Education. As she left college she began to look for opportunities in ministry. She enjoyed a wonderful year as an intern for Campus Crusade at KSU. After that she went to The Chapel in Akron to intern with college students and begin work on a Masters in Christian studies. On staff with HCC she now enjoys planning and being a part of the Fish Tank, summer camp, and all other things Children’s Ministry! She also is continuing her work on her Masters.

Molly is known for her energetic spirit and her love for kids! She loves running, scrapbooking, and coffee shops. Molly also loves connecting with volunteers and helping them to have a thriving relationship with God, so they can invest in kids!





Larry Bee

Larry has been involved at HCC for about 4 years. He graduated with a degree in photography from Kent State University. Larry is an Eagle Scout with troop 412, and loves computer graphics. He married the girl of his dreams, Denise, 18 years ago. He is blessed with 4 wonderful children: Ryan 16, Kyle 14, Dylan 10, and Madyson 9. "I thank the Lord for all He has blessed me and my family with. He never stops delivering!"
